Covid-19 Update:

During this troubling time of COVID-19 we are working hard to protect our guests and make sure we are able to stay strong and be here to support our community. We are responsible to ensure financial stability during times like this, to protect your investment and the future investment of others. In order to maintain stability and endure this crisis we are sticking strictly to our regular cancellation policy. We are crossing our fingers for the situation to resolve itself in the near future and in the meantime we are not cancelling any tour departures. If we need to cancel tour departures it will be done as close to tour departure as possible, to ensure that we are doing our best to offer you the experience you deserve. By doing this we are taking early steps to maintain our position and ensure that we are here to help you in the future. Please read through the policy terms below and reach out to us anytime if you have any questions.

  • All prices are in CAD. We can accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Wire Transfer or Interac email transfers.

  • A $500 cad non-refundable deposit is due per person at the time of booking for multiday tours.  This is used towards accommodations etc, and is non-refundable to protect us from a loss due to cancellations. With our Lifetime Deposits you can cancel your tour 60 or more days before departure and use your deposit and any extra payments towards any of our tours in the future.

  • Cancellations within 60 days of tour start date cannot be refunded and Lifetime Deposits don’t apply.

  • We recommend you have travel and trip cancellation insurance in case you need to cancel your tour or have an emergency during your time here.

  • Full refunds will be given for tours cancelled by Fresh Adventures prior to start date, and partial refunds will be given for tours cancelled by Fresh Adventures during the tour, based on proportion of tour completed. It is our sole discretion how these refunds will be calculated.

  • Our tour departures are guaranteed to run, regardless of participation, so you can book with confidence.

  • We reserve the right to remove guests from tours if their behaviour jeopardizes the enjoyment or safety of other guests. Tour guide will talk with the person and issue a warning, before taking any action.
